Golfers on a Kittery, ME golf course
If you find yourself spending some time in Kittery and have a penchant for golf, don’t despair when, at first blush, you find that there are no courses in town.

There are numerous country clubs in the surrounding communities; being so close to New Hampshire allows you to quickly jaunt across the state line and play at one of several courses, all within a fifteen-minute drive of Kittery.

While most of the golf courses listed below are open to the public, there are a couple of private clubs listed—which means you’ll need to make friends with a member (or become one) before being able to play there.
