Depending on which cottage you choose, you’ll find amenities like AC, ceiling fans, WiFi, smart TVs, decks, and gas grills; one even has a hot tub.
There is a full-service restaurant and bar on-site—and an outdoor Tiki bar—and there is also a convenience store less than a quarter mile away so that you can stock up for day trips, or purchase ingredients for prepping meals in your cottage.

Migis Lodge at Sebago Lake
Set directly on the shores of Lake Sebago, Migis Lodge has been welcoming return guests, year after year, since 1916. With 125 acres of forested splendor along 3,500 feet of lake shoreline, this unique property also boasts a private island.
Featuring an all-inclusive Full American Plan, guests will enjoy accommodations, almost all activities (exclusive of motor boats), and three meals per day (alcohol not included) when they book a vacation at Migis.

This affordable, year-round motel is located directly on Thomas Pond, and a public boat launch for Lake Sebago is just a mile away.
