Sign above an Ogunquit b&b
Ogunquit, Maine is a picturesque, seaside town that is known for welcoming the LBGTQ+ community, a lively arts scene, and its hotbed of tourist amenities such as boutique shopping, galleries, bars, hotels, and restaurants.

This quirky-yet-quintessential oceanfront village is also home to many historic, architecturally striking homes; many enterprising folks have taken advantage of these stately relics and transformed them into beautiful bed and breakfast accommodations.

Typically suited more toward couples (there is only one on this list that allows children), these elegant lodging options will add a more personal touch to your stay—and since most of the establishments below are centrally located, chances are you can park your car and walk or take the trolley to pretty much anywhere you want to go for the duration of your trip.

Per Maine state law, there is no smoking inside any of these inns; some permit smoking in designated outdoor areas. Also, as Ogunquit is largely a seasonal tourist area, there are only three locations below that are open year-round.
